Digital Products & Programs

All digital products, courses, masterclasses, audios, subscriptions, activations, or coaching programs delivered by The House of Frequency & Fortune™ / Rayna Campbell Global LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the immediate access, downloadable nature, and energetic/business value of this work, all sales are final.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • You receive instant access to the content

  • You understand that digital products cannot be returned

  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes

Payment Plans

If you join an offer using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.
Payment plans are not subscriptions you can cancel; they are a commitment to the full price of the offer.

Missed or failed payments will automatically retry through Shopify. Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program until payments are restored.


Physical Products (if applicable)

If a physical item is ever offered in our store, the following applies:

  • Items may be eligible for return or replacement only if damaged on arrival

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Photo/video evidence is required

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect address entry

Event Tickets / Live Experiences

Tickets to any event (virtual or in-person), workshop, retreat, or immersive experience are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request date transfers or credit only if the option is explicitly offered on the event page.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a digital product violates the terms agreed to at checkout.
We reserve the right to provide documentation to dispute any false or invalid claims.
Fraudulent disputes may result in revoked access to all programs and future purchases.
